Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the TryGoNo website, installing the Chrome Extension, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This service is operated by Prajyot Bankade and Saju Shrestha (“Service Provider”). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TryGoNo provides AI-driven resume analysis, job description matching (ATS scoring), cover letter generation, interview answer generation, and a job-tracking Kanban dashboard. The service includes a web application and a Chrome Extension that extracts job descriptions from LinkedIn and Indeed.

3. AI Disclaimer & Accuracy

The analysis provided by TryGoNo is generated using Artificial Intelligence (OpenAI). While we strive for accuracy, AI can produce errors or “hallucinations.”

• Match Scores: The "Match Score" is a proprietary estimate generated by our algorithm and does not represent, guarantee, or influence the actual internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) rankings or hiring decisions of any third-party employer.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated cover letters and interview answers before submitting them to employers.
• No Guarantees: TryGoNo is an informational tool only. We do not guarantee job interviews, job offers, or any specific employment outcomes.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the resumes and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant TryGoNo a license to process and store this data solely to provide the requested services. You agree not to upload:

• Classified or highly sensitive government information.
• Content that violates third-party intellectual property.
• Malicious code or automated "scraping" scripts.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.

• Usage Caps: The Pro Plan is limited to a maximum of 300 job analyses (scans) per billing cycle. Once this limit is reached, you will not be able to perform further scans until your next billing cycle begins, unless you choose to upgrade or purchase additional credits (if available).
• Fair Use & Abuse: Although you have a 300-scan limit, these must be initiated by a human user in a standard web-browsing context. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use automated scripts, bots, or "scrapers" to reach this limit or otherwise stress our infrastructure.
• Refunds: Due to the immediate costs associated with AI processing, we generally do not offer refunds for used credits or partial billing cycles, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prajyot Bankade and TryGoNo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of employment opportunities. You agree that we are not responsible for professional damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content. Total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to TryGoNo in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TryGoNo. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within that region.
