Our Story

We know exactly what it's like to spend hours tailoring a resume, only to hit “Apply” and never hear a word back. Most job boards feel like a black box where your career history disappears the moment you hit submit.

We realized that job seekers didn't need more job boards—they needed a better way to navigate the ones that already exist. We wanted to build a tool that gives you the “inside scoop” on how well you actually fit a role before you waste your time applying.

Who we are

TryGoNo was founded by Prajyot Bankade and Saju Shrestha. As developers and creators, we believe that AI should be used to empower people, not just automate them.

We built this as an independent project because we wanted to create something that puts the candidate first. When you use TryGoNo, you aren't just another data point for a recruiter. You're a person with a unique story, and we want to help you tell it in a way that gets you hired.

Why TryGoNo?

The name comes from the simple decision every job seeker has to make: Should I try for this? Is it a “Go” or a “No”?

Our goal is to save you from the “application fatigue” that comes with the modern job hunt. By giving you an instant match score and helping you answer those tedious application questions, we help you focus your energy on the roles that actually matter.

Our Commitment to You

We are a small, independent team. That means we don't answer to investors or advertisers, we answer to you. We built TryGoNo with three non-negotiable rules:

• Your Data is Yours: We don’t sell your resume or personal data to third parties. Period.
• No AI Training: Your personal career history is never used to train future AI models. We use the OpenAI API with a strict "no-training" policy.
• Security First: Your resumes are encrypted and stored in AWS S3, the same infrastructure used by the world’s largest companies.
